Just pop to a local shop for the ingredients, and everything else you’ll need is ready and waiting inside your Roomzzz apartment. Serves 1 (just multiply to serve more!) Prep: 5 minutesCook: 10 minutes Ingredients: 2 tbsp rapeseed oil 1 chopped clove of garlic 1 diced small onion 250g pack of cooked basmati rice 1 tbsp Chinese 5 spice 75g garden peas 125g cooked prawns 3 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp honey 1/2 lime Method: 1. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add onion and garlic, and stir for 1 minute.2. Add the rice, Chinese 5 spice, peas and prawns. 3. Stir in the honey and soy sauce, and stir fry on full heat for 5 minutes.4. Pop it on a plate and serve with fresh squeezed lime.
