When parking, you should use Blue Zone in level B1 and B2 then use the Blue lift (Picardy) to the 5th floor and follow signs for Roomzzz. Speak to our reception team on departure to validate your ticket.
Yes, all you need to do is meet the driver at the door (as you would at home) to receive your food delivery.
Pets are welcome at our aparthotels, simply add it to your booking. Owners remain responsible for the actions of their pet/s at all times. Please refer to our House Rules for Pets - here
No. All our aparthotels are strictly non-smoking (including e-cigarettes). This includes the balconies, guest apartments and all public areas within the building. Any apartments smoked in will incur a minimum £100 charge for fumigation and you may be asked to leave.
