Yes, our reception hosts are onsite 24 hours a day so you’ll never miss a parcel delivery.
No. All our aparthotels are strictly non-smoking (including e-cigarettes). This includes the balconies, guest apartments and all public areas within the building. Any apartments smoked in will incur a minimum £100 charge for fumigation and you may be asked to leave.
You can make special requests at time of booking, however many of our room features can be guaranteed at the time of booking by selecting the room type that matches the request. Please note that whilst we try our best to fulfil requests they cannot be guaranteed.

Or give the central reservations team a call on 0203 504 5555 (available from 8am to 6pm ever day of the week (including Weekends & Bank Holidays). We also have a price match guarantee policy. If you find a lower rate for the same room, same location with the same booking terms within 12 hours of making your reservation we will refund you the difference. We will price match if you haven’t yet booked. To prove the price you have seen, please provide a screenshot with the date / time visible. Yes, we have a small number of travel cots available for infants and can accommodate extra beds (from £10 per night) in our Family Grande Studios for older children. Just let us know when you make your reservation and we’ll do everything we can to help where possible.
