All our aparthotels are strictly non-smoking (including e-cigarettes). This includes the balconies, guest apartments and all public areas within the building. Any apartments smoked in will incur a minimum £100 charge for fumigation and you may be asked to leave.

Yes, all you need to do is meet the driver at the door (as you would at home) to receive your food delivery.

Yes, our reception hosts are onsite 24 hours a day so you’ll never miss a parcel delivery.

There are no raised steps to enter the building. We have 8 accessible rooms available to choose from, with lift access to every floor.

Onsite parking is available on a first come, first serve basis on arrival and is charged from £10 per night. Maximum height is 1.93m and there are 2 electric charging stations available. Alternatively, parking can be found at the nearby Stratford multi-storey car park (E15 1BB).

Yes, we have a small number of travel cots available for infants and can accommodate extra beds (from £10 per night) in Family Grande Studios and Dezign Suites for older children. Liberty Suites are equipped with a sofa bed that can be put up on request. Just let us know when you make your reservation and we’ll do everything we can to help where possible.

Our fully equipped kitchens come with a kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge (with freezer compartment), dishwasher, 2 ring hob and extractor hood. Liberty Suites also have an oven. Inside the cupboards you’ll find crockery and cutlery, tumblers, wine glasses, knife set, pans, colander, frying pan and a chopping board. Everything you need to cook up a storm in your own apartment.

All our apartments have showers. Liberty suites have baths with showers overhead.

The communal laundry room (equipped with washer / dryer) is situated on the 5th floor, ready for your use free of charge. Washing tablets are available to buy at reception.

Lidl and Sainsbury’s can be found within 10 minutes’ walk, inside the Stratford Shopping centre. Morrison’s can also be found next to the shopping centre.
