All our aparthotels are strictly non-smoking (including e-cigarettes). This includes the balconies, guest apartments and all public areas within the building. Any apartments smoked in will incur a minimum £100 charge for fumigation and you may be asked to leave.

Yes, our reception hosts are onsite 24 hours a day so you’ll never miss a parcel delivery.

Yes, we have a small number of travel cots available for infants and can accommodate extra beds (from £10 per night) in Family Grande Studios for older children. Maxima Suite has a bunkbed in the second bedroom. Just let us know when you make your reservation and we’ll do everything we can to help where possible.

Pets are welcome at our aparthotels, simply add it to your booking. Owners remain responsible for the actions of their pet/s at all times. Please refer to our House Rules for Pets - here

Our fully equipped kitchens come with a kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge (with freezer compartment), dishwasher, 2 ring hob and extractor hood. Inside the cupboards you’ll find crockery and cutlery, tumblers, wine glasses, knife set, pans, colander, frying pan and a chopping board. Everything you need to cook up a storm in your own apartment.

There are no raised steps to enter the building. We have 2 accessible rooms available to choose from, with lift access to every floor.

Co-op is 30 seconds’ walk away, as you exit the main entrance turn right onto Swinegate and follow the road round to Chaopraya restaurant. Co-op is on the opposite side of the road.
