Q. How do I book?
A. It’s easy. Just give the central reservations team a call on 0203 504 5555 (available Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm. Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays from 9am to 6pm). Or book online anytime by clicking on ‘Book Now’. Please check our opening hours here. We also have a price match guarentee policy. If you find a lower rate for the same room, same location with the same booking terms within 12 hours of making your reservation we will refund you the difference. We will price match if you haven’t yet booked. To prove the price you have seen this will need to be screenshotted with the date / time visible. To submit a claim please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0203 504 5555.
Q. What time is check in and check out?
A. You can check in anytime from 3pm. And checkout is 11am. But you can check in or check out up to 2 hours earlier or later for just £10 each. Just let us know.
Q. Where can I park?
A. Most Roomzzz Aparthotels have plenty of parking nearby, but each one is different. So please check your confirmation email or contact the Aparthotel you're staying at.
Q. Can I bring my pet?
A. Sadly, no pets are allowed.
Q. Can I smoke in my apartment?
A. No. All our aparthotels are strictly non-smoking. This includes the balconies, guest apartments and all public areas within the building. Any apartments smoked in will incur a minimum £100 charge for fumigation and you may be asked to leave.
Q. Are cots available for infants?
A. There are a small number of travel cots available for infants. Just let us know when you make your reservation and we’ll do everything we can to help where possible.
Q. Can I make specific requests (e.g. for bath/balcony etc)?
A. You can make special requests at time of booking or by contacting the Central Reservations team. Please note that whilst we try our best to fulfil requests they cannot be guaranteed.
Q. Can I turn up at the hotel on the day without pre-booking?
A. This is subject to availability. But you will need a valid credit card for pre-authorisation (Visa, Mastercard) and a valid debit or credit card to pay for your apartment.
Q. Can I pay cash on arrival?
A. From 1st February Roomzzz are becoming cashless. Although we’ll no longer accept cash, we do accept all major credit and debit cards. All bookings will require a pre-authorisation of a valid credit or debit card upon arrival (We accept Visa credit / debit card, MasterCard, contactless cards, Apple and Android Pay. Please note that there is a limit of £30 for contactless, Apple and Android Pay).
Q. Why has the rate gone up since I checked last time?
A. Simply put, supply and demand. The fuller we get the more the price increases. To get the best available price it’s best to book as early as possible.

Q. Will I need to pay anything on arrival?
A. If you haven't paid for your booking yet, you will need to pay on arrival. Please note that there is a limit of £30 for contactless, Apple and Android Pay).
