No. All our aparthotels are strictly non-smoking (including e-cigarettes). This includes the balconies, guest apartments and all public areas within the building. Any apartments smoked in will incur a minimum £100 charge for fumigation and you may be asked to leave.
There are a small number of travel cots available for infants and also Z beds for older children available. Just let us know when you make your reservation and we’ll do everything we can to help where possible.

Yes, of course! If you arrive before your check-in time, or want to have a last wander around the city after you check out, you don’t need to drag your luggage around with you. We’ll give you a luggage token and happily store your bags behind reception until you return to collect them.
Roomzzz are cashless. Although we’ll no longer accept cash, we do accept all major credit or debit cards and contactless payments. We have a ramp situated from the car park to the front entrance. There are 3 accessible rooms available to choose from, with lift access to every floor.
Our fully equipped kitchens come with a kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge (no freezer compartment), dishwasher, 2 ring hob and extractor hood. Inside the cupboards you’ll find crockery and cutlery, tumblers, wine glasses, knife set, pans, colander, frying pan and a chopping board. Everything you need to cook up a storm in your own apartment.
