Full payment is taken at the time of purchase and deems the voucher non-refundable. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. To make a booking, please contact our Central Reservations team on 0203 504 5555 or email reservations@roomzzz.com. You will require your voucher number to proceed with the booking. The voucher can be used for full or partial payment of a Roomzzz Aparthotel stay and any additional packages. Cancellation policies on your reservation will be subject to the terms of the rate type you opt to book and will be stated at the time of booking. The physical voucher will be required to be presented on arrival at the aparthotel. The voucher can not be exchanged for cash and no change will be provided. All gift vouchers and relative stays are subject to the hotel terms and conditions.
