How do I book?

It’s easy. Book online anytime by clicking on ‘Book Now’. Or get in touch with our site teams via call or email directly by visiting the ‘Our Locations’ tab and selecting your specific location. Or if you are looking for 5 rooms or more you can contact our friendly Groups team on 0203 504 5555 (available from 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday). We also have a price match guarantee policy. If you find a lower rate for the same room, same location with the same booking terms within 12 hours of making your reservation we will refund you the difference. We will also price match if you haven’t yet booked. To prove the price you have seen, please provide a screenshot with the date / time visible. To submit a claim please email the details to reservations@roomzzz.com or call 0203 504 5555.

Is air conditioning available?

Yes, this is available in all our apartments and throughout the building (excluding Friar House) for your comfort.

Yes, all UK landline calls are complimentary during your stay with us.

Do you have Smart TVs / can I cast Netflix & Prime video?

We have TVs on site that can be used with a firestick, now tv, apple tv, google tv or any other plug-in streaming service. Google Chromecasts are available in all apartments (excluding Friar House).

What’s your smoking policy (inc vape / e-cigarettes)?

All our aparthotels are strictly non-smoking (including e-cigarettes). This includes the balconies, guest apartments and all public areas within the building. Any apartments smoked in will incur a minimum £100 charge for fumigation and you may be asked to leave.

Can I have grocery delivery or takeaway delivered to site?

Yes, all you need to do is meet the driver at the door (as you would at home) to receive your food delivery.

Can I have parcels delivered to site?

Yes, our reception hosts are onsite 24 hours a day so you’ll never miss a parcel delivery.

Can I bring my pet?

Pets are welcome at our aparthotels, simply add it to your booking. Owners remain responsible for the actions of their pet/s at all times. Please refer to our House Rules for Pets here - https://www.roomzzz.com/terms-and-conditions

Where can I park?

We offer concession with the Times Square Car Park on Railway Street (NE1 4AD). Please speak to our reception team on departure for a discount voucher. This will reduce your parking charge (for 24 hours) to £10. Alternative parking can be found at the Central Station car park (NE1 5DG) at a cost.

Can you accommodate babies / children?

Yes, we have a small number of travel cots available for infants and can accommodate extra beds (from £10 per night) in our Family Grande Studio for older children. Just let us know when you make your reservation and we’ll do everything we can to help where possible.

What is your disabled access?

There are no raised steps to enter the building (excluding Friar House). We have 4 accessible rooms available to choose from, with lift access to every floor.

What is included in the kitchen?

Our fully equipped kitchens come with a kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge (with freezer compartment), dishwasher, 2 ring hob and extractor hood. Friar House apartments also have ovens. Inside the cupboards you’ll find crockery and cutlery, tumblers, wine glasses, knife set, pans, colander, frying pan and a chopping board. Everything you need to cook up a storm in your own apartment.

Do the rooms have baths or showers?

All our apartments have showers. Baths are included in selected apartments.

Washing machine - powders / detergents what is available and where?

The communal laundry rooms (equipped with washer / dryer) are situated on the 3rd and 5th floors, ready for your use free of charge. Washing tablets are available to buy at reception.

How far are you from the closest train station / airport?

We are 5 minutes’ walk to the Central Station and 25 minutes’ drive to the airport / 20 minutes’ metro ride from the Central Station.

Where is the closest supermarket?

Sainsbury’s Local at the Train Station is only 3 minutes’ walk away, or there’s Tesco at Monument that’s just 10 minutes’ walk away.
