Roomzzz To Be Part Of The New INC Development In Leeds

We’re going through a really exciting time of growth here at Roomzzz. Recently we launched our new Manchester Corn Exchange location and soon we’ll be opening our doors to those of you visiting London Stratford, York, Newcastle and Edinburgh.

Today though, we’re excited to announce that Roomzzz will be part of the brand new INC development in Leeds which is being created by our parent company, The Parklane Group.



INC is going to be a £160m, world-class development in Leeds City Centre and will redefine the skyline of Yorkshire. It’s a place where a new community can visit, work, live, and play all under one roof. INC will be a visually stunning structure for a forward-thinking city and Roomzzz is delighted to be a part of that.

We pride ourselves on being a home away from home, a place where guests can enjoy more freedom and flexibility than your average hotel. The Roomzzz Aparthotel in INC though will offer even more freedom and flexibility as guests will be able to take advantage of a swimming pool, co-working space, a sky bar and restaurant, a community lounge, and retail space on the ground floor.
