Can I smoke in my apartment?

No. All our aparthotels are strictly non-smoking (including e-cigarettes). This includes the balconies, guest apartments and all public areas within the building. Any apartments smoked in will incur a minimum £100 charge for fumigation and you may be asked to leave.

Are cots available for infants?

There are a small number of travel cots available for infants and also sofa beds for older children available. Just let us know when you make your reservation and we’ll do everything we can to help where possible.

Can I make specific requests (e.g. for bath/balcony etc)?

You can make special requests at time of booking or by contacting the Central Reservations team. Please note that whilst we try our best to fulfil requests they cannot be guaranteed.

Can I turn up at the hotel on the day without pre-booking?

This is subject to availability. But you will need a valid credit or debit card for pre-authorisation (Visa, Mastercard) and to pay for your apartment. Unfortunately, all of our properties are cashless and cash payments are not possible.

Yes, we have towels set out and ready for you in all of our apartments.

Why has the rate gone up since I checked last time?

Simply put, supply and demand. The fuller we get the more the price increases. To get the best available price it’s best to book as early as possible.

What toiletries are provided in the rooms?

In all apartments we provide complimentary designer toiletries (from The White Company) for you. As standard, you’ll receive shampoo, shower gel and hand wash, but in some of our larger suites, you’ll receive a few extra treats!

What does breakfast include, and when is it served?

We offer a hot drink and a croissant every morning; you can grab these tasty delights anytime between 6.30am and 10.30am to eat on the move, or take back to bed with you. You choose.

I’m dairy free/gluten free – what can I eat for breakfast?

We are able to provide a dairy free/gluten free croissant to those who require them, just let reception know and we will be able to provide this for you. If you’re unsure, or have any queries, please speak to a member of the reception team who will be happy to advise you.

What are the reception operating hours?

We’re here for you around the clock! Our reception team is available 24/7 and ready to jump into action if you have any issues.

What time is check in and check out?

You can check in anytime from 3pm. And checkout is 11am. But you can check in or check out up to 2 hours earlier or later at just £10 each, subject to availability. Just let us know.

Can I leave my suitcase at reception?

Yes, of course! If you arrive before your check-in time, or want to have a last wander around the city after you check out, you don’t need to drag your luggage around with you. We’ll give you a luggage token and happily store your bags behind reception until you return to collect them.

Can I pay cash on arrival?

Roomzzz are cashless. Although we’ll no longer accept cash, we do accept all major credit or debit cards and contactless payments. All bookings will require a pre-authorisation of a valid credit or debit card upon arrival (We accept Visa credit / debit card, MasterCard, contactless cards, Apple and Google Pay).

Will I need to pay anything on arrival?

Why have I not had my security deposit back?

It can take up to 10 days for debit card payments and up to 14 days for credit card payments to be returned, and international cards may take slightly longer.

How do I amend my booking?

If you have made a booking directly with Roomzzz and would like to amend or cancel your reservation, please contact our site team direct using the contact details on the specific location under the ‘Our Aparthotels’ tab. If your enquiry is for 5 rooms or more our friendly Groups team are available Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm. If you have booked via a third party, please contact your booking agent directly to discuss your options. However, please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any queries.

How do I book?

It’s easy. Book online anytime by clicking on ‘Book Now’. Or get in touch with our site teams via call or email directly by visiting the ‘Our Locations’ tab and selecting your specific location. Or if you are looking for 5 rooms or more you can contact our friendly Groups team on 0203 504 5555 (available from 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday). We also have a price match guarantee policy. If you find a lower rate for the same room, same location with the same booking terms within 12 hours of making your reservation we will refund you the difference. We will also price match if you haven’t yet booked. To prove the price you have seen, please provide a screenshot with the date / time visible. Can you accommodate babies / children?

Yes, we have a small number of travel cots available for infants and can accommodate extra beds (from £10 per night) in our Family Grande Studios for older children. Just let us know when you make your reservation and we’ll do everything we can to help where possible.

What is included in the kitchen?

Our fully equipped kitchens come with a kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge (no freezer compartment), dishwasher, 2 ring hob and extractor hood. Inside the cupboards you’ll find crockery and cutlery, tumblers, wine glasses, knife set, pans, colander, frying pan and a chopping board. Everything you need to cook up a storm in your own apartment.

Are council tax / bills included?

No Council Tax, No Bills, No Worries. Please note for bookings in Manchester. The Manchester ABID City Visitor Charge is a supplementary £1 Charge per room per night, created for the development and promotion of tourism, will come into effect from April 1st 2023 Click Here for more information. Please note this charge is not commissionable to travel agencies.

Can I bring my pet?
